Easter Songs

Oodles of Eggs
(Sung to: “My Bonnie Lies Over the Ocean”)
The bunny is hopping to my house.
How heavy his basket must be.
He has lots of eggs and I’m hoping,
An Easter egg’s in there for me!
Please have, please have
An Easter egg in there for me, for me!
Please have, please have
An Easter egg in there for me!

Hopping
Take you little foot and hop, hop, hop!
When your tired you can stop, stop, stop!
Turn around and count to ten.
Take your foot adn hop again!

This Little Bunny
This little bunny has two pink eyes.
This little bunny is very wise.
This little bunny is sold as silk.
This little bunny is white as milk.
This little bunny nibbles away
At cabbages and carrots the livelong day!

Bunny-Pokey
You put your bunny ears in,
You put your bunny ears out.
You put your bunny ears in,
And you shake them all about.
You for the Bunny-Pokey,
And you hop yourself around-
That's what it's all about!
(bunny nose, bunny tail, bunny paws)

Did You Ever See a Bunny?
(Sung to: "Did You Ever See a Lassie?")
Did you ever see a bunny,
A bunny, a bunny.
Did you ever see a bunny
That hops so slow?
It hops and hops
And hops and hops.
Did you ever see a bunny
That hops so slow?

Bunches of Bunnies
(Sung to: " There Were Ten In The Bed")
Ten bunnies in the basket and the little one said,
Hop Over!  Hop Over!
So they all hopped over,
And one hopped out.
9...8..7...6...5...4...3...2...1
One bunny in the basket and he sang out,

I've got the whole basket to myself,
I've got the whole basket to myself.
I've got the whole basket to myself.
I've got the whole basket to myself. Yippee!
