Honey-Pumpkin Dessert Squares

Honey-Pumpkin Dessert Squares
Crust
1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
Mix together with a fork until clumbly. Press into a 9 by 13 ungressed pan. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes.

Filling
2 cans pumpkin (15 oz. each)
4 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 cup honey
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix together with a whisk. Pour over partially baked crust. Cook for 40 minutes.
